OpenAI is set to cut off AI models for Cursor, which is owned by SpaceX. This development coincides with several coding agent providers adjusting their pricing. OpenAI Codex saw a pricing change, with a typical plan moving from $20 to $100/mo, and the floor from $8 to $0/mo per a pricing change detection. GitHub Copilot's typical pricing also changed from $10 to $15/mo according to a detected change, while Claude Code's pricing model shifted from hybrid to flat as detected by a pricing watcher. Additionally, Claude Code has reduced its weekly limit by 17% compared to today.

In product updates, OpenAI Codex shipped version 0.152.0, which includes Vim mode search improvements, rate-limit banner actions, and bug fixes according to its release notes.
